My Sports Report ("the Service") is a free, family-oriented product that generates personalized daily sports reports for kids. Reports are delivered as printable PDFs via email. You can also manage your preferences through our website or our WhatsApp assistant.
The Service is intended for parents and guardians who sign up on behalf of their children. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose name and preferences you provide.
When you sign up, you provide a name, email address, and sport preferences. You may optionally provide a phone number for WhatsApp-based management. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and can update or delete it at any time via the settings link in any report email.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — receiving personalized sports reports for your family. You may not:
Reports are generated using publicly available sports data and AI-generated summaries. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that scores, standings, or other information are error-free. Reports are for personal, non-commercial use only.
We aim to deliver reports daily but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reports depend on third-party data sources and infrastructure that may occasionally be unavailable. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is."
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.
You can stop using the Service at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any report email, or by contacting us. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll note the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Sports Report and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
